IT’S FUNNY YOU ASK

 

It’s funny you ask

If I saw a ghost,

I’m just not sure

And I can’t boast;

I heard a voice

Was it in my head?

I’m not crazy

This is what it said:

 

“Dear Sir

Are you alone?

I opened my eyes,

Too an eerie tone;

It’s haft past four

Have you died?

Please go away

I cried!

 

Then I thought

“I need a snack”

To the frig I go

Still looking back,

Was that the wind?

Then I look around,

Still scared

And looking down!

 

Who are you?

I cried aloud!

I’m glad you ask

It stated so proud:

“I’m the wine

The ghost of time”

So go back to bed

It’s all in your head!
