Time moves like a racing Snail,
And waiting can be like hell!
Life can truly break your back
Am I just having a flashback?
Time moves like a racing Snail,
Waiting on a hammer to hit a nail –
And people are so damn slack
Some make a living on their back.
Is it better to be a Hare or a Snail?
In time it will always tell . . .
Reasoning and logic can’t find out
It always leaves you full of doubt!
So today I think I’ll be a Snail –
I may even drink a bottle of Ale . . .
Besides, the world is going to hell!
