O Lord I thank You for Grace,
It was You that set me in my place –
It’s your purpose that I get,
And for all of my sins I regret!
Wash and cleanse my mortal soul
For it’s this heart only You know –
It’s in You O Lord that I find peace,
And my control to You I release!
Let today’s troubles pass on by . . .
And make this sad heart not to cry:
“He has told you, O man, what is
good, and what does the Lord require
of you, but to do justice, and to love
kindness, and to walk humbly with
your God?” Micah 6:8
