God came,
tears
falling from His eyes
looking at man,
can’t understand,
made
in My image
slowly He walks
He talks,
O man
you had a chance
a mere glance,
lost in time
is man
can’t understand,
judgement
will come to all
words to recall
seeing,
and believing
the darkness
in man
nowhere to run
dark is the sun
O man
Do you understand?
hear the thunder
it’s loud
you’re so proud,
but remember
I never sleep
I never slumber
O man
