GOD IS THE OWNER

Feet on the floor – out of the rack –

   Now I wonder what today brings

Off to work so I can hurry back,

   I’m sure there are worse things!

 

The weather I’ve not seen yet

   (A storm is moving in I heard)

Why worry there is no time to fret

   I put my destiny in God’s word!

 

I never think about the world a lot,

   To my mind I am already rich –

Today will be good or it will not

   (Attitude will determine which)!

 

A simple fact we all should know:

“God is the owner of our soul!”
