It's a day to remember . . .
On a Thursday in late November
Life, it seems we take it for granted!
The air filled – pine scented –
A time for our minds to rest . . .
Because the world is in such a mess!
Today could be our last . . .
Look at all the years past –
Priorities were not always in order!
Our negative thoughts so distorted,
But we can only look forward
(Regret is more than just a word)
So we have to be thankful for today,
And know that God will make a way!
