When
this life ends
I
guess we will all be there
To
see what comes next
Or
stuck in a rocking chair!
Every
day we take for granted,
Then
sit around and bitch,
Yes,
I can only say what is true,
Or
lie, maybe I don’t know which!
The
storms of life will move on,
Only
God knows too where,
But
we must endure it all,
Knowing
that most don’t care!
Every
day the sun will rise,
And
the grass will turn green –
People
will go their merry way,
And
we all will dream!
We
are alike, but not the same,
We
try to run our own race,
And
we stayed in our lane,
But
sometimes we lose our place!
Sometimes
we just forget, so sad,
And
we don’t know what to do,
Accepting
reality is hard,
Our
thoughts are different, too!
Take
a walk in the evening
Just
stare at the moon . . .
And
know that God rules it all
There
is always time for the tomb!
You
know your heart best,
And
every time it will beat –
So
why do you worry so much?
Enjoy
a meal – sit down and eat!
And know that life will end,
Someone
will turn off the lights,
The
final curtain will fall,
And
there will be no more fights!
So,
find some contentment in life
To
your troubles close the door –
And
let them pass on by . . .
Soon
our worries will be no more!
