IN PLAIN VIEW

 

Most people are blind

   That’s what I’m told –

Rose colored glasses

   Was that too bold?

 

Most people are blind

   Unwilling to see –

Truth is all that matters

   So just let it be!

 

Most people are blind

   Doing what they may –

Just tickle their ears,

   As time slips away!

 

And blind they are

   This is so true –

They just won’t see

   What’s in plain view!
