Call
to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things that you
have not known.
“Incline
your ear, and come to me; hear, that your soul may live.
I
will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you
with my eye upon you.
My
sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal
life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand.
For
the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword,
piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and
discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.”
All
Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for
correction, and for training in righteousness so that we can be equipped for
every good work.
The
law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul;
the
testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple;
the
precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart;
the
commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes.
The
heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork. Day
to day pours out speech, and night to night reveals knowledge.
There
is no speech, nor are there words, whose voice is not heard.
Their
voice goes out through all the earth,
and
their words to the end of the world.
Call

me hear what God the LORD will speak, for he will speak peace to his people, to
his saints; but let them not turn back to folly.
“Your
word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”
