I always love the candlelight in your eyes,
And the passion I see there,
The sound of your laughter –
That warms my troubled soul!
I always love to put your hands in mine,
And feel the touch of your skin,
I just simply adore you!
Your intellect is off the chart,
And I love the fact you can hold your own!
But when it comes to love
There is no debate!
It’s just a matter of knowing your heart –
I will always love you
Because you always fill my needs – always!

This may sound conceded,
But I can think for myself,
(I do have a mind)
Therefore I can think!
Yes, I can be opinionated,
Mostly based on facts!
No I’m not a Conspiracy Theorist!
I look for the truth!
I use discernment –
There is some truth in everything,
And yes we need to sift through it!
“Show me the facts!”
Well it’s sure as hell not on TV!
If their lips move it’s a lie!
Where is your discernment?
Can we just agree to disagree?
“You are brainwashed!”
Damned if I do – damned if I don't!
There’s nothing wrong with my brain!
I just think outside the box –
I look for the truth!
“Everything that is hidden will be
shown, and everything that is a secret
will be known.” Luke 12:2-3
So just relax – God has it covered!

I know it’s been a while,
But I still think of you –
And there are times
Of loneliness
My soul longs for you
To taste your lips
Dripping with passion –
And the love in your eyes!
This heart aches for you
O the torture in my soul
As it craves your touch –
When least expected
You appear in my dreams,
And I awake
With tears in my eyes –
Where are you!
Where did you go!
Do you ever think of me?
Do you still remember?
When I held you!
When I kissed you!
That I’ll love you forever!

Dear Lord, your kindness I can’t repay!
There are no words that I can say –
You gave me life – You gave me a chance,
And in your forgiveness I want to dance!
Dear Lord, you tell me not to worry . . .
And to live each day and be merry –
And to never put another God before you
When storms come, you’ll make the sky blue!
Dear Lord, you have made my path straight,
And you taught me to love and not hate –
So many times you’ve saved me from death,
And I depend on you for my every breath!
Dear Lord, I humble myself before you today,
And I ask that you remind me to always pray!

Here before God we stand
As He takes our hand –
Your faith was abound,
And it’s My favor you’ve found!
In the wilderness Manna did fall,
And My children I fed them all,
But most of them were afraid
Of the plans that I had made!
Look at all that I have done,
And all the blessings under the sun!
All that I ask was for you to believe,
And in faith that you receive:
“Life as you know it will fade away,
And to all comes the Judgment Day!”

Well Dr. Phil it’s all about pride,
And you want me to look inside –
In life we all lose our way . . .
So what if it’s true what you say:
Do you believe me or your lying eyes?
Surely we can compromise?
Yes your shows I have seen . . .
And sometimes you treat people mean!
I know there’re things that I have hid,
It’s all stored right on my grid!
I know you need to get to the truth,
But I’ve been this way since my youth!
Look Dr. Phil I know you never quit –
But this is about as good as it can get!
